Bosch dishwasher error 24 is a drain error. The wash cycle ends early, and the dishwasher won't drain. The sanitized LED light is on, and E:24 appears on the display.
Possible causes:
- Clogged air-gap - Check and if necessary, clean the air-gap.
- Clogged drain hose - When you disconnect the drain hose from the air-gap, check the hose for blockage.
- Drain pump blockage - Remove the drain pump cover and check the drain pump impeller for blockages.
- Drain pump malfunction - Replace the drain pump if it's faulty.
Bosch washer error E13 appears when the drain time exceeds due to an ether faulty drain pump, clogged drain hose, or faulty electronics. To properly diagnose the issue, follow these steps.
Possible causes:
- Check and clean the drain filter - A clogged drain filter will cause drainage problems.
- Check the drain pump for continuity - If continuity is not present, replace the drain pump.
- Check the incoming voltage to the drain pump - If there is proper voltage present, replaced the drain pump.

Bosch dryer error E01 indicates a problem with air circulation. Commonly this error shows up due to blockage of the outer duct. Lint build-up inside the outer vent blocks the airflow and causes the dryer to overheat. If there is a lint accumulation inside the dryer, a clogged outer vent might pose a potential fire hazard. To prevent lint accumulation, clean the dryer lint trap after every usage.

- Lint or Fluff Filter - Regularly clean the fluff or lint filter after every cycle to prevent lint build-up.
- Restricted Vent - If the dryer ducting is clogged with lint, it will restrict the airflow, and the dryer will dry clothes longer than usual. Contact a professional duct cleaning company for routine dryer vent inspections and cleaning. We recommend cleaning the dryer ducting at least once a year.
