Check Power Supply

Check the power plug behind the refrigerator and also check the circuit breaker. If there is a shorted circuit in the refrigerator, it might turn the breaker off. When you open the door, if there is no light inside the refrigerator and freezer compartment that means that something is wrong with power supply.

Check Temperature Settings

Sometimes, accidentally, you can move the thermostat knob to OFF position and turn off the fridge. Make sure that thermostat knob is is normal temperature setting position.

Check The Refrigerator and Freezer Door

Make sure that nothing is blocking door from the refrigerator or freezer compartment. Setup the door alarm that will sound when door is not close all the way. Some refrigerators will turn off if the door stays open certain amount of time.
